If God Serena eats his Earth element, then he may get a power advantage like Natsu with Atlas Flame, to what level, not sure if it would be enough. with Irene is should be a win for round 2.

God Serena has a shot to solo cause he can literally eat Dogras earth and get a significant boost from it. Just like how Natsu gets a boost from eating fire, GS is no different.

The other two get killed instantly though.

Not sure as Kirin may hold his own for a while but Irene could def have a chance against Dog Dude since her magic is strong enough to even affect a DG in human form at least.
