Considering that he has wind magic and that Skullion’s magic is ash, it would be a safe bet. And Wendy stated that her magic can blow away any ash magic

It is not about speed as it is a matter of hax, and if it was speed, Wendy can react to his magic which intern would mean Gs would have not problem, just as Brandish reacted to the magic and shrank Gray before he died from the spell.

The fact is, God Serena can combine and use 2 or 3 elements at same time.

Sure he has ashes which is an incredible hax (offensive and defensive) but God Serena has wind element to blow that away, just like Wendy did as support, making Natsu punching his face. God Serena can dispell Ashes and burn him at the same time for exemple.

God Serena is actually one of the best Skullion's counterpart.

God Serena is like Natsu, Gajeel, Wendy, Jubia, Sting, Rogue, Laxus and Jura in one, as abilities and spells.
