Wendy has access to her Belserion Form (the one she used against Nebal)​

Both fighters have access to the entirety of their arsenal (with of course some exceptions, which can be found below ).​

Restrictions​

Irene can't interfere.​

Separation enchantment is not allowed.​

Gray can't tap into his "Darkness" Mode.​

Gray cannot use Iced Shell nor Lost Iced Shell.​

Wendy is overrated asf. The fact that she defeated a BDSK because she was the perfect counter against him + because he barely tried against her because he had a crush won't put her higher in the guild's rankings.

Gray couldn't defeat Skullion who is weaker than 2 characters that Wendy defeated. Wendy has much better feats by far, she defeated DF Nebal & Haku. And even if she had perfect counter against him she still defetead him without having high-diff.
Alvarez Gray vs current Wendy is debatable, but current Gray is shit and Wendy with Irene support is a monster.

Gray was defeated by Skullion mainly because he was at a disadvantage and because Skullion was literally countering all of his Magic.

Wendy defeated Haku because he wasn't even trying against her (he had a crush on her) but mainly because she was the perfect counter against his magic. Haku can no-diff Gray but only because of his hax, not because of an obvious superiority. Remove his hax and any FT top/high-tier mage would murder him.

Wendy defeated Nebal because Irene interfered and allowed her to use a Separation Enchantment. She can defeat Gray if Irene comes to help her but her Belserion Form's (without Irene interfering) best feat is giving some hits to Nebal but she was still getting overpowered.

Wendy had help/was the perfect counter against these opponents.

She's nowhere near Gray's level. Wendy wouldn't even be able to defeat any Spriggan while Gray did.

As Jinchuuriki Wendy is without her Bijuu Irene, I don't see her beating Gray. She has no magic advantage against Gray and he possesses superior physical stats, so he can easily outrun her in a direct fight.

The power scale hasn't changed, Wendy remains at the same level in the Guild. Mashima doesn't like changing the power level patterns of Fairy Tail members. So Wendy will hardly surpass Gray.

She's still not above Gray or even on his level. Again, Wendy would've been destroyed by Nebal and would have been unable to defeat Haku without Irene's interference.

I never said she was above Gray, only that she can contend with Gray tiers. If you go back and actually read what I said, I also mentioned that Wendy would be written to lose a fight against someone of Gray's calibre. This does not mean that she doesn't have the feats to contend.

She used separation enchantment herself against the White Witch after a short discussion with Irene. She had no help then. Why shouldn't she be able to do the same to people of Gray's calibre?

I actually have no idea what you're talking about. I have not, at any point, mentioned Haku at all. She has been on this level for like 50 chapters now.
