Theory Hakuei is Nanaumi theory

I'm not sure if someone already mentioned this but... What if Nanaumi is actually Hakuei in disguise? Think about it, We haven't seen Hakuei since forever. As of right now, she refuses to fight her brother and just so happens to not be around the battle. But out if nowhere, another woman appears. Also, some of you have theorized that Nanaumi may be Sinbad's third Zaper controlled puppet. If that is confirmed true, then that could explain Hakuei's unexplained hatred for Sinbad for she may have an idea that Sinbad is using her. Also, during this war, Nanaumi is not fighting any of Kou's factions but instead is standing next to Hakuryuu, mocking him to perhaps persuade him to give up and not hurt his "family" but alas, Nanaumi is still controlled by Sinbad (if true) and must still side herself with the SSA. Also, regarding the black hair and teeth, like I mentioned before, this is apart of the disguise similar to Zelda becoming Sheik. So what do you guys think? Is this just a game... Err... Manga theory?
