Yeah but not everyone can get into Oxford. :darn
It's that tough? Damn, cause I just know that it's like the best. Now I know why your sister had to go to Birmingham. Well Birmingham is a nice area, don't know if you've been there or not.

^ Birmingham uni, is actually kinda good too. In the top 10 or something. Nothing on Oxbridge though. >_>;

Live in highgate. Place is like minutes from digbeth, minutes from St andrews, minutes from town, minutes from small heath chip shops, minutes from ladypool road chip shops. Life = Sorted :oh

I think that every country should represent it's musical characteristics, preferable in it's own language (come on, with today's technique they could easily subtitle the stuff live on TV) and not try to get votes by being appealing to the international mainstream.
Ever since i was a kid (not long ago >_>) the winning song was in english. In fact the only one i remember of the top of my head not being english was that serbian one not long ago. Most countries at the end of the day want to win so...=/.
The German entry wasn't even sung by a German artist to begin with.
Personally i think the songs should be sung by people from the country their representing, if not whats the point? The top four songs were not song by contestants from their home country. Not going to start ranting but...if the song is in english, and the singer is not even native..yea >____>;
Yeah, this weekend was so boring, the rain ruined everything, I didn'y do anything I wanted to do....I've become so lazy and complacent it's unbelievable:darn
DID YOU SEE THE RAIN!?WTf was that all about! Its been raining constantly since like thursday! Its bloody may and i have a cold from the rain and cold! And typically its doing the...rain once, stop again, rain again then stop, let the sun come out and...begin again.

Click on my sig lol, I don't feel like re-writing the thing >.>
Congrats on getting silver. :)

Yeah, Birmingham is the best. Nothing beats the Bullring Centre, used to go there nearly every week with mates. Everything was close from Moseley, even Kebab shops. You should see how many there are on Stratford Road. :oh

Dude,is it true that it SNOWED there? Like 2 or 3 days ago? WTF? At this time of the year and it snows?

I've been to Birmingham, not as busy as London and it's certainly more greener.

Looks like the UK is owning this thread again.

Yeah, Birmingham has a proper easy transport. Well where I lived, all the buses go straight to the centre in like 10 minutes. And they were all straight roads LOL In East Dulwich (London) You have too many one-way roads, if you want to go to Peckham centre you gotta go 1 way, but to come backanother different way. Have to get used to this.

Did it!? God knows, but wouldnt be surprised. The weather is like going through a period. >_>

Stratford road is madness. Havent been there in time though even though its walking distance from my house. It also proudly has the best chicken and chips shop in the world. Hashims. And there use to be a shop right by hashims that started selling burgers for 50p too. Closed down now though. :(

The transport is way easier in Birmingham, as all the buses end up in the same location, whereas in London, it's so dam big you can get lost so easily... ive been lost before just being at Victoria station.

And the fact that things are more expensive in London then Birmingham. If you want a fish and chips it costs like £3.50 in London but in Birmingham Stratford Road chip shops, all cost £1. :p But then again, your salary is higher in London.

@TDA What's this London grant thing if you get a job? Apparently if you get a job, your normal salary is increased by £3000 or £4000. ?

In Birmingham you don't get paid that well compare to London, where i worked before in London, i used to get paid £7.50 an hour, but now that's been cut to £5.50. you could say food, clothes etc.... are expensive in London, but when it comes to paying staffs, their far better equiped to handle it then Birmingham. Well then again, the Kebbab's are a lot cheaper down Birmingham, for a kebbab and chips its only £1.80 jeez that's cheap whereas in London its doubled the price.

The other day I paid £4.70 for a large kebab, it was a rip, where I normally go the price is pretty fair though.

Yeah, food is definitely cheaper, much cheaper in Birmingham. But the pay was okay when I used to live there, well probably due to getting adjusted to it but in London your pay is HIGH! LOL My Aunt brought a grapes packet and it cost a £1 from Morrisons, and in Birmingham you could get 4 grapes packets for like £1. LOL

In London if you work in Boots as a sales assistant your pay is £10.50 an hour. When I used to work in Birmingham,it was half the price. LOL
