Oh well everyone does their assignments at the last minute. I just take the habit of "partitioning" it at the last minute. So one week before it's due, I do part of it one day, another part another day and so on and so forth. I do the bulk of it the night before though I do admit >.> I figure I'd change my work ethics next fall lol
I don't recall ever sleeping in class voluntarily, I have a few times, but that's due to lack of sleep more than anything else.
I really kind of hate myself for doing well despite not really giving much of a damn. I guess you could say I'm smart, but I'm not really. I'll be honest, I learn during the exam quite a lot.
And actually, that's the case for most of my school textbooks this semester... I've bought most of them(for a grand total of ~600$CAD) and most of them I haven't really read(I've glanced at my Bio textbook a few times, and I've read the required readings for my languages classes). Some of them(like math) I haven't even opened. I can't return them however as the school bookstore doesn't accept refunds. The best I can do is resell it for a lesser price. So yeah, my slacking off has taken a monetary impact on me lol
As for the reason, idk... I've never had much interest in any of my school subjects. That's the thing that makes it so weird. I'm good at most things(actually, not to brag, but I keep an average of 80 or above for all classes I've taken so far), but I dislike all of them O_o well let me rephrase that, I don't hate them, but I find no huge interest in any either. I just find everything "meh"(sometimes it's interesting, some times it's boring).
So really, the reason I tried in the past was because it mattered. My grades were taken into account, but since this semester nobody really cares except me and maybe my parents, I don't see why I'd bother.
