I'm a senior in high-school Starting uni this august. And i knooooow! Denied of partying-hard at our apartment and denied of subway.. I mean.. where's the joy in life? lol

yeah i was thinking of getting a tablet a while ago myself...I used to draw back in school but haven't even tried anything for like 2 years now. I want to learn and be as good as people like Amaretti, etc...or my fave OP artist is harrmd.

You any good Ren?

@GoldB: Yh I take Art as a GCSE and Im above average with drawings and that
I feel that I would be soo much better on computer then doing it free hand because Im a perfectionist and If I were to get paint over something I dont like the piece of work
but if I were to do it on Photoshop and press the lucky undo button then I will be okay

There are many sizes...you don't need a giant one for a start, get a small or a medium one :3 You can also try to find the Intuos3, must be cheaper now and it's still an awesome tablet.

They also have budget ones, like the Bamboo or the old Graphire..I never used one though
We have a small Intuos3 here at the office, I love it. The only bad part is that I'm left-handed, and the smallest one only has the zoom control and buttons on left size...this makes me zoom out and in like crazy, because my hand always presses the buttons, and I also have to put the pen down or cross arms to change settings >.>
The biggest ones have controls in both sides, so it's ok ;p

Pens were made opposing the Handism Act of 1980. Why cant right Handed have trouble

If Manga writers were to draw the manga from right to left then it will be hard on them if they were right handed
