You said you were in Venecia as well, how about Bibione? they've got a beautiful sandy beach over there, and they offer trips to there everyday of the week, because it's so close.

As for the city in whole: It's quite interesting to see, but I did not like it. Too many tourists, too many pigeons, .. the rubbish.. the smell
Whatever, what are your impressions?

Where else have you been in Croatia besides Pula? Zadar, Budrovnik, Split (), Krk or anywhere else?

Well my croatian trip was based in Istria cause thats where my granparents were from. It was a trip to the "old country" to see where they grew up. So I ended up spending most of my time in cities like Porec, Pula, Rovinj, Vsar, etc. A lot of history in those areas, especially Pula. As for the rest of Croatia I did not go, it was all Istria. Istria is much different from the rest of Croatia heritage wise. Where my grandmothers from, she has a huge italian influence because that area was actually italian at a time. So in a sense its almost like its own country in its own ways. As for venice It was beautiful yet at the same time the Diesel fumes from all the boats are a killer and I can agree with you that that is ruining the city.

So it was exclusively the north of the country.. But yeah it's very close to the border of Slowenia (not so exciting imo, besides the capital) and pretty close to Italy, so you could see this countries as well

I'm curious, what differences did you notice between the US and Europe - as from what you have seen (two weeks are short, I know, but anyway ^^°)

Sliding is usually smaller cut because by the time the knife penetrates the skin the person pulls the knife off... ^^...

Ahhh I know how those are... that is a nasty wound...

Sugar helps the cut stay clean of infection... is amazingly effective ... at least to me

Lets see, the license plates, the money (The freakin Kuna [Croatian Currency] is so inflated 1USD for 5 kuna), the women (wear really short shorts/skirts lol, the beaches (very rocky and very......nude, lol). Those are some of the major differences. O and one more thing was the types of bugs, I actually managed to take pictures of several of the bugs that intrigued me the most because they were so different from things I've seen, lol.

IM BAAAAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKK!!!! And I'm more arrogant than ever with my amazing new tan . Croatia was great, really enjoyed it a lot. Got to get in touch with some of my heritage and see where my grandmother grew up. Had a lot of fun in several cities, lots of history, especially in Pula. I even made a few trips to Slovenia and Italy while I wads there. There was a cool boat that took you across the Gulf of Venice for a day trip in Venice and that was especially awesome. Beaches were awesome as well, just very rocky, I missed the sand. So thats all I can think of for now bout my trip, anyone wants to ask me questions about it they can and I'll be happy to talk about it. Very glad to be back guys

hahaha, I know bout the beautiful girls thread but there is like a rule about not posting pictures of random chicks either cause you don't have consent or something.........anywho the bugs were like in the house so in my downtime i took pictures of the random things we encountered....anything really from scorpions to centipedes. It was really interesting

All the mangas that has a forum where people can discuss are the ones that are still running like Naruto, Bleach etc.

There is probably no deathnote forum, it may have got deleted like when the manga finished AND the discussion for the manga died down.

The reason you may assume that there is a Death note Forum is because it is stated in the FAQ, but right now it has not been updated in a long time.

Yeah, when the manga ends the discussions usually die so they compress the whole section into one Mega-discussion thread. The same goes for Death Note and the thread is here.

A quick google search gave me this, he tries to explain it but imo kinda gives up. If i were you try the otaku cafe forum. I suppose someone over there can help.
