Why Miami?? Damn him, I was dreaming of him going to the Lakers; very slim chance but still. Good luck to them, its gonna be an interesting season this year

The Lakers, pfft. You guys can't have EVERYTHING. lol. You've got Kobe who to me looked better than Lebron this year anyway so don't harp. Chicago would have been nice but then again they already have their own 23 . My hope would have been the Knicks because this way I would actually have a reason to go to a Knick game, but he would have had no support cause the rest of the team is garbage. I personally wasn't expecting Miami but when I look at the whole picture and hear his explanations I guess it makes sense then.

I would have loved to see Lebron join up with kobe at the lakers, its very unfortunate that he decided to join the miami heat.. The miami heat are turning into some super all star team now, its gonna be very for anyone to beat them for the upcoming season.

Yes they are becoming a threat now, but maybe it can restore some balance to the NBA world since the Lakers are always winning . I get tired of seeing that. It was like the 90s in baseball when the Yankees won almost every year. You just get sick of it after a while. I like to see some good ole competition, a back and forth struggle. Not just one team easily winning every year. Thats why Lebron shouldn't go to Lakers EVER because it would just be overkill. Plus he'd have to compete with Kobe as the "Main Go To Guy" on the team and that never works well. Thats actually what they are fearing in Miami now is that Dwane Wade is their Go to guy and in the end they may end up competing for the ball and stats because both want to be that got to guy. Anywho thats what ESPN was saying even though Lebron stated that there would be no problem and that he actually wanted to go to the Heat and to play with him.

Anywho I'm doing god Grizz. I haven't seen you on MH in like a year . I also see that you like to copy goldb and have a Happy Ava .

Yeah that is going to be one tough team, but you can't build a team around one player, and since dwayne wade and coupled other guys have joined miami, the coach has got the hardest job to make sure they all get along together and play as a team. we all know how much they like competing for stats etc.. It will be very funny to see who manages to have the best stats out of the lot throughout the season, but i would be my money on kobe to still do better than the rest of em.


Yeah Arrogance, i havent been on here for last couple of months, its good to see i was actually missed by few people looool.. haha! oh come on, i just dont have the time to create a new avatar myself so i decided to just take one of his haha!

Yea, a team ISN'T supposed to be built around one player but in the NBA that seems to be the way it is these days. That one "superstar" has everyone else feeding him the ball in order to score and thats why we see games where one guy scores 50 points by himself. Thats not the way the game should be played and your right and I agree with you but I was making my point based on the fact that many teams do that these days. Clevland did it for Lebron and Lakers do it for Kobe as well.

My Summer Vacation is going great. I've been off from college since Middle of May so I'm at the halfway mark of my 4 month vacation .

How about yourself, what have you been up to?

Yeah the game shouldnt be played that way, it really makes the other players seem so useless as if they cant score any points.

wow, is your holiday that long heh? i think mine is about the same. ermm i havent been up to much you know, just home n dat, working etc...., its been a really slow summer for me ya know, aint been so active as i was last summer.

So this week has been an "eventful" one for Major League Baseball. The National League won its first All Star game over the American League for the first time since 1996 . Finally after many years of rooting for the underdog they finally pull through and now whatever National League team that makes it to the World Series will have home field advantage coming this October!

Besides it being joyous it was also sad with the passing of Yankees long owner George Steinbrenner this past tuesday(ironically the morning of the All Star game). As mush as I am not a fan of the Yankees (I actually despise them. GO METS!!! ) it is still shocking to see one of the most powerful men in baseball history pass away like that. I gotta give the guy credit for creating the Yankees Dynasty that everyone hated during the 90s . It was an objective fact that he was great and his teams win record proved that. There were times I would curse him but it was all fun and games and I am still sad to see a great man like that go. He was good for baseball and baseball was good to him, he will be missed.

Loool, not really over here. Channel 5 used to show a few Stanley Cup games after midnight a while ago but I dunno if they still do. For the most time I just follow the results online and watch the highlights . I got into it like in 06 after playing the game on xbox.

If you have the C+ package in Sweden you get all NHL/NBA games along with Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Tennis/Golf tours and the Swedish football league. ^^ On different channels though :3

Well I'm doing great thanks, in a few days will go fishing though I hate it, but we'll have a great time drinking and laughing about my friend not catching anything...otherwise I'm looking for movies to watch, but nothing can really catch my eye...I'm in a passive mood these days, almost doing nothing, though I finished the Mass Effect series, and can't wait for the sequel

We also have some transmissions of the NHL, but haven't really watched it, I'm more into final events like a world cup or olympics...I always watch hockey when these events are organized...but no NBA just news about it, and I don't really like that because I love the game, I played it in college and it's good to see the spectacle NBA has to offer...

ONEMANGA.COM website is removing all their manga online reads next week. the forums are still available. looks like the companies are striking back hard this time. but, i don't blame them, the industry as a whole isn't getting the "real" support it needs.
