Saturday for me is lunch with a friend and then shopping downtown. I need to buy a dress for a wedding that's coming up in a couple of weeks, so finding one is my main goal. Hopefully I'll find something I like at a reasonable price without having to try on a million of them first. I love shopping, but rarely buy dresses. Looking for the perfect one can be soooo frustrating. T__T Sunday I'm getting a haircut and color, which is always fun~

All in all, it'll be a very girly weekend for me.

So my weekend was as predicted and was pretty much work (until the last few hours were i spent gaming xD). I now have to do a website wireframe but i dont have any ideas for a site. Any suggestions?

Website wireframe? Is this some kind of Uni project?

Mmm. Do you have to focus on a particular theme/commercial sector?

Yea its just the basic design. We dont have any real theme, anything of your chosing is what we were told as long as its not illegal and doesnt have copyrighted content*.


*Which is an actual pain in the ass, did you know having the football fixture list or league table on your site you have to pay a couple of grand! Wtf. Money grabbing ********


Edit: The lecturer seemed to think it was important to emphasise there is a no pornography rule. xD

Did you initially have any ideas/plans on what direction you wanted to take it? It would be funny if one guy decides to ignore that porno rule and suprise the class with a presentation on it or something LOL! xD

I haven't got any cool suggestions at the mo for ya. You should go with a basic online shopping website or something?? :S

Amazingly enough, I did find a good one! I was prepared for an awful day of trying on a million dresses and hating how all of my flaws were accentuated in every one of them, but it actually went really well. I went to two stores looking and the one I bought was the first one I tried on at the second store. I don't have a pic, but it's a satin, knee-length little black dress (always a classic ) and the cut suits me very well. ^^

(We really need more girls posting here at the hangout thread so I don't feel so silly discussing shopping. I'm sure very few of the guys here care about or even like shopping. )

Anyway, how'd your weekend go?
