I've been good I'm finishing up my current degree this May, and starting on my Doctorate in June! I'm busy busy busy. Not to mention I work a lot too. How've you been?

Pfft, reading minds is pretty fun from time to time. Not always though as it can be a real turn-off, knowing what the chicks thinks. BUT, it's very helpful during job-interviews.
Instead of an one hour interview, it took fifteen minutes until she wanted me and I signed the papers. All thanks to me knowing what she wanted me to say

I've been good too, just finished my degree in Multimedia Technology and I'm now just job-hunting but I don't think the real world likes me much

My degree that I'm working on now is in Exercise Science (also called Kinesiology) and basically is the study of human movement, exercise, nutrition, anatomy, and physiology. My Doctorate will be in Physical Therapy :3

Argghhh, deja vu~ I hated buying those pokemon card packets and opening the pack only to find one decent pokemon card and the rest being fricking potion or energy cards.

Yeah I remember those days! I only played with them til mine were stolen in year 6 I spent so long(well a few months) collecting them and even had a shiny Machamp card! you know how rare shiny cards were!!!

I remember when I bought one of those packets after school and I was lucky enough to find a Blastoise shiny in it. At the time, that was my favourite pokemon. I cherished that card and one day I lost it in a woolworths store after I traded some crappy cards for some shiny ones with some kids.

Dunno how I lost it. Someone must've robbed it from me or something.

Haha I loved Blastoise. I had a tiny toy version I got from Burger King back in the day and you could fill it with water and press on its shell and it'd squirt water out of it mouth

I can't quite remember the details. I know I was messing around with it with some of my school friends. I must've broken the trigger/button (back of blastoise, the shell button). The spring must've broke or something.

Come to think of it, back then I was obsessed with those water pistols. Especially, those super soaker guns!

They were a fricking rip off though.

They weren't rip offs, you just messed with it!!!

I loved toy guns!!! I remember there were small ones you could get from various kids books and the Sainsburys around my house always had them so me and my friends used to buy a lot of them and just go to the park in the summer. Fun times!!

@scav: It was before your time. This was the thread where everyone gathered, before the Win or Fun section became popular. Back when then there were a few more Canadians around too...

They were rip offs! Plastic, coloured pieces of junk priced at fricking £15 all the way to £90 quid for those super soakers. ._. They were fun to play with though. xD!

I remember the hype over water pistols...then those dart guns...then those bb guns...then those air guns...sheeeet the list goes on.
