Yeah China's pretty awesome, it's also incredibly huge so there are a lot of good places to go.

It's a pity that some of the bigger cities are a mess though, and Hong Kong's really good in that regard.

Also I reckon as westerners you should probably be careful with your money, you're treated like you're really rich and a lot of the time the travel agencies will try and rip you off and stuff like that. Pretty worrying.

In fact my father let slip that we were Australian (who came back on holiday) and we got Ripped hard. Dunno if you know that place but it's pretty well known, also a world heritage site: ZhangJiaJie and yeah we paid a ton and got sent to live with some farmers >__> All I can say is I'm glad I didn't get robbed/kidnapped.

In general: Stick with Beijing, Shanghai, Canton, Hong Kong Or Taiwan. The big ones, where there are tons of tourists, and if you get ripped off, at least you're not losing any organs.

Also it looks like I'm painting and incredibly drab picture but China isn't that bad, I'm just being extra paranoid and careful, wouldn't want anything happenin to you, Lawlett-kun

I suppose if you are going to Osaka, it's worth making a stop in Kyoto. Even if you are not into culture much, some of the temples there are still a must be
