i really like kakashi 
lets start with basics
Hatake Kakashi is the Jounin assigned to train and look after Team 7, Uzumaki Naruto, Uchiha Sasuke (former member), and Haruno Sakura. Naruto's new comrade is known as Sai, a replacement for Uchiha Sasuke. Kakashi's father was Hatake Sakumo, known as the "White Fang" of Konoha. He is an exceptionally skillful ninja, a child prodigy who attained Chunin rank at the age of 6 and became a Jounin at age 13. He is a former member of ANBU.
The sensei of Kakashi's ( and his team ) was Yondaime, while his teammates were Rin, a girl trained as a medic ninja, and Uchiha Obito. On his first mission as a jounin, his teammate, Obito, has been killed. This event changes Kakashi's personality forever.
Kakashi earned fame for his use of sharingan and developed a reputation for failing every potential genin team that took "the Survival Training Exam" he proctored. Like the Third Hokage, and probably Jiraiya and the Fourth Hokage, Kakashi uses the infamous "Bell Test" to test his potential students. Team 7 became the first Genin team to pass Kakashi's exam.
He is also known as Copy Ninja Kakashi or Kakashi of the Sharingan. These aliases refer to the fact he copied more than a thousand jutsu, using his Sharingan (only left eye), an advanced bloodline.When he obtained sharingan (through a surgical implementation by Rin), the eye had 2 commas. But now kakashi can perform Mangekyou Sharingan technique(s) which is above 3 comma-sharingan level.
His signature, and only original, jutsu is the Raikiri (Lightning Blade). Another name for it is Chidori (meaning, "A Thousand Birds"), due to the fact that the sound emitted from the chakra is similar to that of the chirping of a thousand birds. At high speed, this jutsu can cut through anything; thus, it serves as an effective assassination technique. Charging at an opponent, the chakra in his hand grows stronger from body activation, while the sound emitted by the chakra begins to resemble the chirping of a thousand birds. Because the jutsu involves a high speed, linear stab, sharingan is needed for the technique to be effective and to avoid enemy countermeasures.
He can also perform summoning and seal techniques. His Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique) involves a blood contract with a pack of Ninken (Ninja Dogs) used for searching and tracking, among other purposes. He performed a seal jutsu on Orochimaru's cursed seal on sasuke named Fuja Hoin (Evil Sealing Method).
Kakashi's personal life appears to be as a mystery as the face behind the mask he has worn. He has no living family, or at least none he cares to acknowledge (telling Sasuke in chapter 177 that everyone he loves is already dead). He is a fan of Icha Icha series, ( probably pornographic novel ) authored by Jiraiya. He is always late for meetings and always have some "reasons". He generally keeps his emotion beneath his mask.

manga 12: "i will protect you guys, even it kills me. i don't let my comrades die"
manga 257: "last time i was unprepared but i am not like that this time.This won't go the same way as it did last time " (talking to itachi)
manga 177: "i have also lived in a long hard era. i understand how terrible true pain and loss are. we aren't the lucky ones for sure" (talking to sasuke)
manga 230: "this time i was delayed by filling paperwork"
here are the questions and theories about Hatake Kakashi
these some questions and theories that is in my mind.
1-->How did he get Mangekyou Sharingan??
Uchiha itachi told sasuke, the way to get MS. "You need to kill your best friend". Kakashi does not look someone who can kill his friends. And also he does not have very close friend we know. But he has MS

a-)There is another way to get MS and kakashi found it. But if there is another way, then itachi should also know about that way. Because the secret writings of Uchiha clan (manga chapter 225) , is more likely about MS. Since he wants sasuke get stronger and get MS, he should have told Sasuke. To think, there is a way to get MS which is not known by uchiha clan, does not seem logical but this also a possibility. We should not forget that Kakashi is also a "genius" like Itachi.
b-) Uchiha Itachi told Sasuke, if he gets MS, he will be the third user. Which means there is/was another MS user then Itachi. May be that user is still alive and somehow has relationship with Kakashi. He may have teached Kakashi how to use MS.
c-) Kakashi thinks Obito as his best friend. Blaming death of Obito as his own fault resulted the same end as "killing best friend", a way to unlock MS.
2--->Bijuu's and Kakashi??
According to the tale in the Legend of the Tailed Beasts: Raijuu (6 tail), a bijuu in the form of weasel, has four legs and very sharp claws. Its cry sounds like thunder. It was originally the god of Thunder, but because of Yamata no Orochis power, it was transformed into a beast. Raijuu can release a huge amount of eletricity for battle assistance.
In the legend, A ninja called Sarutobi (Sandaime?) effectively eliminated Raijuu by using the technique Kinjutsu: Raikiri. (Kakashi?). What actually happens is that the technique counters the lightning released by Raijuu by cutting it, making the beast receive its own attack, and become severely wounded. He then is sealed by Sarutobi with the Tool of Power: Hidden Thunder Prison into the seal in the Thunder Shrine.
that info brings some questions.... will Kakashi fight against a bijuu or jinchuuriki??? if he did/will, he should/will be succesful, because it is said that with his only original jutsu "raikiri", he intercepted a lightning.....when did/will happen???...may be Naruto is not the only jinchuuriki at Konoha if he is not only one, who is the other one???
3--->Hokage Kakashi
Hatake Kakashi is surely one of the best jounin (probability the best) at Konoha...for now we see two people surpassing him...Tsunade and Jiraiya.
if we stop considering about Jiraiya, Kakashi is the one who can be next Hokage...i am not sure he will accept that, may be he will refuse like Jiraiya and say "I am not very suitable for that". but i guess he will be Hokage before naruto
4--->what about Rin?
well, i think everbody has some doubts about her....Kakashi told Sasuke that everyone he loves is already dead so we can assume that Rin is dead too but how? when? because at the Kakashi Gaiden he said: "Obito loved you...because of that i will protect you through life and death".....so he failed to protect her?? he let her go?? or he does not want become close friend with anyone?? we didnt see or heard about rin (except Kakashi's past and kakashi gaiden) but she is/was also a ninja of Konoha
