Hello, I'm having a couple of problems.

1) Two guys talking about a hacker.
The first one says:
本当にそんなハッカーがいるのか?
And the second one replies:
ハッ、嘘言っても仕方ねーだろ。
My problem is with the reply.
What is he saying? Even if it was a lie he couldn't help it?
But, guy number 2 knows that that hacker really exists.
He also explains meeting him online many times...
It's not an uso...

2) Let's say I always use oresama to say "I".

For instance:
And a friend of mine replies with:
へいへい、グレンン公…
What kind of meaning would the
公 assume here? I guess a sarcastic one...

1)In that case, you need not to 'read between the line',I guess.

'仕方ない' means here like 'worthless','meaningless'...that kind of things.
Guy number 2
only denied the will to deceive(and the hacker really exists).

2)Yes,if not the honorfic title for The lord or so,
it's sarcastic one like ポリ公 ダチ公 ハチ公.........
used for the one not really worshiped

"Are there really hackers like that/who can do that?"
"Huh, there's no reason to tell you a lie"

His friend is basically saying that it doesn't make a difference; there's no benefit to lying. In this sense, 仕方ない is being used to mean 'It would be what it is, even if this were a lie.'
