I'm translating this manga and i'm stuck at this sentence

自分で妹夫婦ブラジルまで呼んどいて
ずっと師範代。。ってわけにもいかんかったじゃろうし
これで正式道場師範でしょう

you call up the Brazilian sister and husband(maybe Brazilian husband?)...
and still an assistant instructor.. that wouldn't have done...
so now you're formal dōjō instructor.

not sure if the title is being given or just something thats happening by proxy of the rest of the context.

I translated this sentence as:
Now he don't have to worry about his job as a Dojo Instructure in Brazil
because i thought 妹夫婦 means being married to the job

Usually, you need to describe the context a bit more since it isn't clear who is talking about whom. I'll just assume the speaker is talking about the listener. In that case:

You yourself called your little sister and her husband all the way to Brazil, so being an assistant instructor all the time... there's no way you could [can?] afford that, hence [becoming? asking to become?] an official dojo instructor, right?

Next time, provide more context please.

Now he don't have to worry ---> he doesn't

How about something like this? (It's similar to cmertb's.)
Since you used "he," I used he/his in the following tl.

He brought his younger sis and her husband all the way to Brazil, so he couldn't (afford to) to be just an assistant instructor forever.
Finally, he is an official dojo instructor.

EDIT/ADD:
自分で妹夫婦ブラジルまで呼んどいて:
Alternate tl: He asked/invited his sister and her husband to come all the way to Brazil,

I got rid of an extra "to" above. (striketrhough)

Thanks, it makes much more sense now (so i guess it's solved?)
