Hello again! This time is two sentences.
One I have an idea (not translation) of what he said, the other I think that I'm almost there...

結局それっぽいとこに
誘う勇気は出ずに今に至るが
ついに海か―

Idea: He is saying that they will go the beach although he didn't have courage to invite her, or something like that.
Sorry, I really don't have no idea how I should start translating this phrase.

絶賛青春満喫中
Enjoying the spring of youth to the fullest.

誘う勇気は出ず(な)のに今に至るがついに海か―

Translation: "(Even though) I don't have the courage to invite (person) to such a place, in the end we're about to arrive at the sea at any moment now, huh...?"

No, there isn't. It is that way in the manga.
A　なのに there really makes sense because I was having a hard time precisely because although it sounded a negation between the two parts, there wasn't any structure indicating such a thing. I thought of something along the lines of your translation, but because of this I got confused. Could it be a crazy informal way to say のに?

The seconds looks like something like that, indeed, because Fujimiya (the character) used a cream in the page.

"In the end, without even having had the courage to invite (person), we're about to arrive at the sea any moment now, huh...?"

The entire context is that the guy were itching his arm way too much lately and she notice, so she brought a cream and rubbed in his arm. You can imagine the scene, she saying "I noticed that you are itching too much, so I brought it." and he blushing. That's the kind of context it is.

I never had the courage to ask her out to a romantic place or anything, but we are finally going to the beach (together)

Your tl is fine. You could use "the flush of yourth" as well.
