Hi guys, I'm having problems with these two:

1) What is this? おまえは... 心? I really don't know.

2) Dunno what this means at all. Can someone explain it to me?

1) Is a case of chicken scratch, the word you're not sure about is バカ. The line is thus: おまえはバカか

2.) Maybe it helps you when rephrased to Standard Japanese: 持ってはしないだろ
