I don't agree because it depends on if the person is good enough with his character. I had a friend that always played with me and he was DA BEST with Samus. He owned it. So every person is better with a different character. It has to mach.

And sometimes that's what make all the difference. some char have more advantage than others and some suck. Yeah, about the damage I agree with you, some characters are weaker than others, loses more blood. But I think most of the people choose the characters without thinking about it and end up being pretty good with it.

i remember on street fighter 4, i was using C.viper. Everybody considered her as one of weakest of the game and people were telling me to change. strong players appeared, bam 2 C.Viper in the EVO top 8. Now everybody says she's OP, she's cheap blablabla

Street Fighter I don't know much. So many of the char I don't know at all.
But I used to play Mortal Kombat a lot, and always chose Sheeva, idk really know why, I think it's because she's big, scary, agressive, strong...

watch this, that was the KOF final at EVO this years. One of the best fight of the years. I know it's a bit long but watch everything, that one was really crazy, got me really hyped
