Wow, that's great. Somaybe Togashi's condition is better than many (including me) assumed after the latest hiatus.
HxH returning before September would be really nice.

You can't imagine how happy you made me. With the interview in Jump Giga and the Jump Ryu volume I am reassured now.

That's reassuring. I mean, staffmembers of shueisha wouldnt lie about something like that i guess, and if he is well enough to give interviews, all seems promising.
Maybe it was really just togashing caring for his body so that he does not have to take a long hiatus and instead relaxes in time.

I mean, are there people checking the empty spoiler thread every day for the offchance that there actually is a chapter, and mangahelpers as a bug which hows the thread as locked?

In this clip we see an interview with a young manga author named Hatakeyama, who has just won the Fujio Award and took part in the yearly meeting held for JUMP authors. He says that Togashi wasn't there, but that he met the editor who's in charge of Togashi. The editor told him that Togashi's back is still hurting a lot, but that he's already finished 24 chapters in the last two years, though only 11 have been published so far. The hiatus is for the editing of volume 34, meanwhile Togashi could take his time and draw a few more chapters. Editor told him that he thinks those 24 chapters are the best chapters ever in hxh.

I'm just passing by the info I happen to stumble upon on some other forums, so I can't say it's 100% true, but the majority of Japanese hxh fanbase seem to be buying it.

Well, the editor is doing his job of getting us hyped. If the info is true, that is.

Hype x Hype . I like the fact that we are getting constant news, the lack of things like that is what annoyed me the most during the past hiatuses.

Gotta say tho, I think any editor worth his salt will announce the future chapters as 'the best chapters ever'

Anyway I do believe now that togashi will return this year. And that is great. If we can wrap up the boat arc it would be even better. Possibly the plan is to draw until he got 20 chapters to show and then go into a longer hiatus again.

I don't think a return in August is likely. Usually when it's announced that he will return, HxH chapters are published a month later.

September at the earliest I'd say.

It is actually really reassuring that togashi has a surplus of chapters and just has to finetune them before releasing.
That means when things go bad again, he can at least release scribble chapters.

I do think that togashi cannot simply be replaced. It is probably part of his contract that they cannot just change the writer.

It's not only fake, it's also impossibile. HxH is Togashi's creation, and is copyrighted. Cannot be published without his consent.

lmao! that would be the biggest mistake the creators can do. HxH wouldn't be HxH if togashi isn't the one writing it. but like everyone said... it's obviously fake.
