No, not like Musica exactly. Think more like Aki. Remember that Monster Soul is much like his Vampire one shot. Hiro has stuck to the same parts of fantasy. An for the casual fan, they only had seen his Sword and Magic versions. His monster manga wasn’t as large as he would have like it to be. Hence how it ended up only two Volumes. If he does go this route, my sincere hope is that we Aki and the crew pop up later on. Similarly to how you would see Haru and crew in the background. An OVA crossover would be dope.

Markov died and came back after sacrificing himself like Haru.

Monster Soul is really good you should give it read. Also if we'll talking mythical creatures I can of think few like the Nine Tail Fox.

totaly agree but only one of those four is likely. Also every series other then AoT was a seinen.

Yeah i agree but it isn't like that these weren't used in Shounen before.

Let's take Black Butler for example. There we have human hands being cut or humans being burned alive or in Hunter x Hunter we have people being beheaded or throat slashed. Also in Attack on Titan we have people being tortured.

Even though these are Seinen elements it isn't like that they weren't used in Shounen's.

I think the next series will be campy because that is Mashima's niche. The characters look younger so I don't think we should expect anything gruesome. However, I'm sure out will be enjoyable and funny.

What dark elements? The only “bad” things that happened was Musica turning into a werewolf and Lucia kissing Elie. No murders, no rape, no black magic rituals gone wrong, no people exploding. Rave was light hearted.

Pls no rape elements. I absolutely hate rapes,this is why i didn't take up Wolf boy manga and really hated the Eclipse part of Berserk.


Well Rave too had dark elements, remember how Lucia destroyed an entire army and left a only one person alive,to tell his terror,that was a pretty dark element.Also Demon card destroyed towns & villages and committed massacres.Shuda cut his hand.Gale,Reina and Seig died.This is like basically Igneel+Gildarts(Gale is a combination of them both),Jellal and Juvia dying in FT.
