I think it would lead to certain copyright issues to use a work of fan labor like that. Besides, he's just as likely to still stick by his own canon, since he allegedly had it all worked out but never worked it into the story.

True he did mention with more time he can get Acnologia's backstory and character done.

Though don't think so if the fan give her rights to allowed her work to be added just how he ask permission of German VA to use his body model fir a future villain of EZ. Think fan would be ecstatic to have her work be literally canon if Mashima ask her.
