Please let it be another studio. With AOT ending and SDS as well (Along the butchering of current season), they will need to push new animes into better production to give new generation of series to lead for Kondasha. EZ is one the new series with that huge potential to be big out of many of new works.

Either way, if they will do an EZ anime i dont think Mashima will part ways with A1 Pictures after like 11 years of work on FT anime.
If A1 stays, the only thing i would want is that they stay the F away from any collaboration with Clover Works and do the anime themselve, or at the very least bring back either Bridge or Satelight.

Idk about that. Usual series don't share sane studio and go to someone else. RM and FT were given different studios and it be the same for EZ. Plus they need better animation to help support new series for others to get into like with Fire Force. They can't afford it when AOT and SDS are ending soon and need to rely on new generation.

Well maybe, but also maybe not. I guess it would depend on whats most profitable to the author. Fans sadly dont have a say in things like that.

One is a low quality 2 year collaboration, while the other is an 11 year gold mine collaboration (A1 didnt even exist when Rave was rolling). What would be the safest bet in such a business? To bet on a new studio or to go with your 11 year old friend and money maker?
Pretty curious were this is going. Still, i will be surprised if Mashima parts ways with A1.

Don't think he has to part with them as FT can be theirs, but EZ belong to another studio. Plus you can't wow anyone if going with same bad animation like FT and expect many to be into it. A1 had their chance with FT for years and lose hype for it when they got lazy to help push more for it. EZ should be handle by dedicated studio and team that can make series pop especially Kodansha have to look at this on business perspective and know they need to give push and upgrade it with better animation and people to trust it.

Can't see them doing that to new series and trying to separate it from being FT as Mashima stated they are different. Only way A1 can get it if the joint product with better studio to help them on their issues. If not, then it's better to go to another studio that can give genuine emotion to the series without nothing holding back especially they want anime be a success more than FT.

Having great animation will help series to be something more than FT if they push it like Fire Force. It will truly help it being up and coming out of it.

Animation was pretty okey in the first FT series, problems started with reboot. A-1 is not the best studio out there, but they have producted some good anime.

The problem for CW is that be directly their fault or not, the 3 rd season of Ft is a shame on the 2 nd, a beast copied pasted, without adding or modifying it could not go.

This is also why some people are afraid for bleach that they will do the same thing, it's not the same in the studio, yes, but that's it.

I would like season 2 for Rave because for me it is still too early for the anime of EZ, making rave its time saved for EZ and having enough margin for his anime, with hs and others.

For an EZ anime, the manga would have to reach 120 chapters. So in 40 chapters, I think an anime will be announced.
