Idk about the first one as is 50/50 given they could do good, but I don't want it in another form of bad animation since pretty sure Mashima and Kodansha face that on first studio that animate it in the past, so if they going for Remake, they need something better version in doing it properly overall like giving it like Hunter X Hunter treatment on revitalizing it for the better. So probably studios that can truly give it time of day and bring beauty out of RM like manga did to why many regard it as one of the best works of Shonen out there.

I definitely agree with all your points. the neccessary criterias should be :
1. Not coinciding with investing in EZ
2. Can do the adaptation justice
3. Willing and able to deliver a complete adaptation of 100 episodes or a bit more

As probable as Sunrise is about working on EZ due to it's genre, it's still not confirmed and that's mainly the reason I mentioned it. Madhouse and Mappa are not mentioned since I believe they will be busy with Shaman king soon enough. Which studio do you think can animate it?

Agree to what you said as well as hope best studio for both of them, but also still push EZ as it's own thing and more as Mashima new work as he wants it to be better than his past works after all as well Kodansha.

Though do hope RM get treatment it needed and deserve for it as it's one of those best Shounen you will ever read especially back then.

I heard as of late Madhouse been slacking though while Mappa is going next level, so are you sure about MH?
