No, I don't expect presents. Why would I do that? What? You do not expect anything as your Christmas present? I thought Christmas supposed to be fun.
and just die Milly.
Well I don't celebrate Christmas so I do not know for sure, but I got the impression that one of the essence of Christmas is when you received nice gifts from your family and the like (besides your birthday). No, I don't expect presents. Why would I do that?
Well, no...I mean, as a kid Christmas is a big deal. My Mom asked my brother and I what we wanted this year and we didn't really have anything to suggest right away. I think Christmas is a huge deal when you're a kid, and then it sort of fades in regards to gifts, but returns once you start of a family of your own. Right now I don't really care about it too much.Well I don't celebrate Christmas so I do not know for sure, but I got the impression that one of the essence of Christmas is when you received nice gifts from your family and the like (besides your birthday).
I guess my mind is tainted by movies.
I'm not Christian, but gift giving is part of the premise of Christmas as I understand it. As an outsider I may have missed something, somewhere. Christmas has little cultural presence in America, it's easy to misinterpret things.Well I don't celebrate Christmas so I do not know for sure, but I got the impression that one of the essence of Christmas is when you received nice gifts from your family and the like (besides your birthday).

Ah, good to know. I used to thought that most Americans love Christmas, because if I could remember correctly, it's the only religious federal holiday, no?Christmas has little cultural presence in America, it's easy to misinterpret things.
Yes, family stuff. And no thanks.Gary. plans for Christmas? NYE? NYC on NYE? Please.
Also, I think of Christmas or hope that it's about family gathering more than anything.
Inverse...?Thanksgiving is about eating, spending time, and then Black Friday. Christmas is about shopping, gifts, and spending time with each other as well. INverse.
