I feel like half his power is A LOT in this case. He definitely had an increase of course but it sounds weird that he needed to double his power to get disruption to bend. Gustang definitely had trouble against traumerei's enhanced form but in shonen terms if you have about twice the power of someone you basically wreck him. Which is not quite what happened. If he had shared THAT much of his power you'd think more of his shineuh would have been relevant against traumerei at least.

Traumerei wouldve wrecked Gustang, if not for Blossom’s spark. He has nothing that can even counter the 3D orbs so everything adds up.

Gustang is weakling literally so yeah . traumerei would eat alive gustang easily without those weapons that was gifted to him and also without blossoms spark

Traumerei said he had regained all his power, but we know that Leviathan still held a portion of it. Most likely, the increase in power of his three dragons, thanks to what Traumerei shared with them, helped compensate for the part held by Leviathan.

Traumerei might have been at 100% of his war-era strength, but he could still have become even stronger.

Fair play for Traumerei he didn't even know he could do 3D Disconnection Orbs until he tried. So, even If the Traumerei that Gustang fought was as strong as his prime, he could become even stronger by absorbing Leviathan. The thing is that even with that, he got hard countered by Blossom's flame. He would lose anyways.
