Sure The "other" person is Palm Siberia. I really like her way of behaving. Sometimes she turns into totally insane girl but she can be serious when it is necessary.

From what i remember, she was the 8th on the Kumo's. That picture explains that, she was only joking, and perhaps Togashi mistook it, and was too lazy to redraw it, so he just posted the next one xD

Thanks, I've just checked and it's true that she's #8. As for the picture, it wasn't Shizuku that was joking but Togashi although he had to write that because for a shounen manga it was a bit extreme. But I'm glad they didn't throw it out .

Look in the same chapter he said there was boobs, when she says he's already dead (yeah, she). Again, or is it, or goddamn the author don't know how to draw. Look at the image you gave. It's that kind of image that they don't draw the sex and don't draw nipples. There is something live a V on the chest that could be the boobs, but without nipples. Just examine the images, if she had boobs, would be small, really flatchested. And near the groin, looks more like the abdomen. It's just under the end of the torax. She's really thin, and the hips are very womanly.

I say it's her (the official translation in Brazil is "her". They say it's a woman here, and Kurapika is a man, so to you don't say it's censorship. I know it's not enough proof, but is a good argument too besides the images).

Where has it been stated, togashi himself?
I mean, if I'm not mistaken in japanese there is no distinction between 'he' or 'she'(they just say things like 'yatsu/aitsu' or something like that).I've seen lots of different translations so i'm not really sure.

And referrals about Pitou have been addressing Pitou as male (its also been quite consistent with many Edited Mangas I've seen), unlike say Chrona from Soul Eater whom all the tricks of trying to stay ambiguous about the gender is being played. Though it is interesting that Brazilian Edited Mangas are sticking to female while English ones stick to male, any translators out there to shed better light?.
