Cleaning How can I clean this?

[veronicamcs]

Hey guys, i'm new here and i'm trying to learn how to clean this.

And I have some doubts about some things (that I don't know how to call it) maybe there's a specific name to it and I was hoping if someone could help me, please *sobs*. So, i'm just trying to learn first, and this is a perfect example on how I want it to look like. This is what I'd like to do.

And how I can make this, look like THIS. The second looks waaay more better than the first one.

I don't know how to make these details (the clothes) look... natural (this is how it looked when I tried). When I try to do it, ends up looking like there's no quality. Is this the problem? No quality?

Sorry for my inexperience .
