Who said Editing was easy, anyway?
Yes, you got some shitty spread there, indeed. The raw pages were scanned and cut off in an annoying way, but it's definitely doable, though it might take quite some time and a lot of patience. If you already know how to use the pen/line/clone stamp tools, then what's the problem?
Redrawing can be considered art for a reason, you have to know the manga you're working on, know how the author draws certain things, to redraw them in a natural way. I remember one of our finest redrawers back in the day composed a sheet with all the different types of ears, hands, noses, eyes and other features, in all the different ways that the mangakas of One Piece, Bleach, Naruto, Claymore, etc drew them.
You see, people put a lot of effort into it to get a decent result. But enough of my ranting, if you want some actual help then you should upload your result at the point where you got stuck at, instead of putting up the raw and basically asking someone to do it from scratch for you. Show us where you get stuck, and tell us precisely where the problem lies - getting the pattern for the hair from other spots, getting the lines of the hair right, making the connection spots between raw and your own drawings appear less obvious; if you want help, we need to know what *exactly* with.
