Despite the above quote sounding so deep, I think we all agree that if possible, it'd be best to live your life without causing any accidents that result in scars. Sure, scars look badass, but the prize you pay for them is way too high. Whatever, that's not the point here. I think it might be an interesting idea to discuss one's scar and all the stories behind them.

So, how many scars do you have?

Noticeable ones - 6

Some are from accidents, two are surgical scars, one is from chickenpox as a kid. Oh, and one is my bellybutton....so whoever voted "0" might have something much more interesting than scars to reveal

I have one scar on my left hand. Ten years ago I had a rabbit as a pet, and it scratched me when I tried to pick it up. It's unnoticeable so I'm not bothered by it much.

15 on my left index finger, about 7 on both my hands (wrist and up), around 15 for the rest of the fingers, at least 5 on the legs, one under the chin, 2 on my skull (those were nasty falls ), one on the chest and stomach it's a big one (hot water when I was small) (same as the one under the chin and the inner side of my right elbow) and several on my feet from sticks, pegs and other sharp objects

Still for some reason it doesn't look too bad, and I'm proud with every one of them

Ah, there is one more I forgot to mention but it's in a personal area.

I had tons of them, but now only two are visuable. One is on my head and another on my leg. All due to an accident in university.

One on my left shin and one on each elbow from skidding on concrete; though they aren't as visible anymore. Also have a sort of scarring dot left on the left side of my cheek from chicken pox

I have one hardly noticable one on my forehead. Not only hardly noticable as it is, but just at the hairline so it's covered. Got it in the army.

Oh just a joke, as sailors of old have a sort of reputation of being prone to scars and lost fingers.
