Question How the Noah knew about the Second Exorcist Program?

They make the plan and go to the Northamerican Branch some time after Nea calls the Earl to do their secret plan (awake Nea), but how the Noah knew about Alma's location and the 2nd Exorcist Program?

The Noah clan's information network is pretty strong. Wisely can track info through people's brain, Road has her dream, not to mention Lulu Bell can transform, Fiddler had his worms etc

Also, although this was not really mentioned in the anime,

there are people referred to as Brokers, who sell information to the Earl for profit. In the manga, that is how the Earl found out about Timothy and that Allen & co. were there to collect him. I would not be at all surprised if there are people within the order who have lost hope in winning the war and threw their lot in with the Earl instead.

The order used Dark Matter on Alma for the 3rd project.
Wouldn't seem strange to me that the Earl saw it trough Alma's eyes when it was fully implanted.
It is the substance that makes Akuma and thus makes the Earl able to see trough the Akuma's eyes.

Good point too, that way they know the location, but this wouldnt explain knowing about the 2nd Exorcist Program, unless Earl read the minds of his Akuma.

No, look, Earl puts the soul of the death person in the Akuma body, all this always in front of the person that made the deal with him, so, the Earl knows the story behind all Akuma, but wtih and only Alma is different hahaha
