I wonder, if original weekly shonen jump is out on monday , how the Edited Manga groups get raw scan of chapter, before its out in magazine?

The magazine has to ship out to other countries beforehand, and stores aren't supposed to sell it before the specified date, but sometimes people are able to get them early.

so its with illegal ways? its not any subscription, that is send earlier or somthing?
