eh, i've read Hunter x Hunter chapter 270 but it's still on hiatus though. Tnx to Mr. Nelson. Don't lose hope HxH fans Mr. Yoshihiro Togashi is working on it.
why did he redo it? he made some changes?

Are we sure Togashi is still working on it ? I thought the new chapters were old unreleased chapters ... If Togashi was active, I am sure we would know how long the new break will last. We are again in the same situation than 3 months ago.

And yeah, the drawing was absolutely awful during the ant arc, so they were redone for the Tankoubon releases.

It's no different than the trazillion other hiatusses (...hiati?) it's had in the past. It's definitely not the end of the manga. >_>

We just don't know whether the next chapter is in a few weeks, a few months, or a year.

Same as always, indefinite hiatus. Three weeks before chapter 261 was released they said that "it'll return for ten chapters and after that return to it's slumber", kinda. So yeah, I wouldn't bother checking back within half a year. >.>

This is awesome. I'm looking forward to the continued serialization. There's so much going on in the storyline, and I can't wait to see what Togashi has in store for us.

And the closer we get to ending this current arc, the greater the chances are of a 4th OVA being made.

This is great!!! I simply love what Togashi does, HXH is(in my opinion) way better that Yuyu, but I still own the series!
Just hope it doesn't come back with art like we had in the Chimera Arc.
Though he'd be leaving longer....well then ,long live Gon and Killua!

Just for the record, you are aware that he redid the art for those chapters in the tankouban releases, right? And that nexGear rescanlated those chapters from those volumes, right? So there are good art versions of those chapters availlable.

And hah, I wonder for how long it's going to return this time: another volume? Two?

On 2ch, when they were discussing HxH return this information was released:

"Behind the unexpected quick return of Hunter x Hunter, there's the Editor's ultimatum for the author [Togashi-sensei]: "If you go on hiatus for another 6 months, the manga is over".

However there is no confirmation, we don't know if it's official information.
