This is random but I was thinking about how the ant arc haters always say " the arc was too long "

But then I think.. you have big 3 arcs that last waay longer and the arc was only like a week or two. Wasn't the ant arc like almost two months ? loool

Exactly If spoilers prove to be true though (and so far they have because they said Medaka Box would end), then Togashi won't be back. Instead we will get something from a rookie mangaka and the return of Ohba/Obata (Death Note and Bakuman). At least that would be a good compensation for Togashi not returning

Actually there is a reason to say June. If that's the date, this hiatus would have been exactly as long as the previous one.

The previous hiatus started on May 2010, and ended on August 2011. This one started on March 2012...

I have a question for those who watched Yu Yu Hakusho. I've started watching it about a week ago and I'm at episode 78. The question is, does it stick to the manga faithfully ? And does it end earlier than the manga ?

For the most part yes, but there are a number of differences.

Just watch the anime. This is one of those really rare occasions when the anime is actually better than the manga.

Does the anime expand the last arc? Because it ended rather abruptly if I recall from reading the manga.

Nope, the anime ends the same way.

It's almost the same but the last episode differs slightly..It's been awhile, I might be missing more but I know that much though.. I thought the ending in the manga left a few questions unanswered.

Exactly, if the manga were to return so soon, we would be sure to know by now. I think japanese people must be so used to it that they just forget about the manga until it returns lol
