While I was rereading this part,

I had always assumed that the phantom troupe members (the one from meteor city) were all abandon when they were still infants.So I always found it weird that some of them knew their date of birth.Then, it occured to me that some of them could be born there and so it is logical that some of them knew their date of birth.
Chrollo's prediction only work if he has information on their date of birth and blood type.But what if the date of birth isn't the "correct" one but one that was given (eg:They were abandon when they were still infant and when they were found by one of the resident in meteor city, they were given a fake date of birth), would Chrollo's prediction still be accurate?

then lovely ghost writer wont work if its a fake date of birth, or blood type, just the same if kurapika use the judgement chain to non GR members... just the same when you are finding your records and you mis put your birthday to your name, one data that is wrong, wont get you results you are longing for...

But I got confused, can kurapika use his jugdement chain on non-spiders? Cuz he said he could use it on gon. If so then all that talk about kurapika not being so strong against other opponents is just crap xD

Only one chain is to be used on spiders and that one is the Chain Jail.

yeah, he can use it on others. It's not much of a spoiler, but he used it on Paku. And he can use the other chains for like, basic defense, dousing, etc. Like Uriel said, the chain jail is strictly for spiders.

He uses the dowsing chain for both defense and offense- in its own physical capabilities.

The judgement chain he can use for the offensive, but passively- it would only be lethal if the "victim" violates any one of the conditions set by Kurapika upon staking the heart.
