Nothing's set in stone, but mainly based on the last release. Jump announced on September 19 that Vol. 37 would release on November 4.

Since volumes almost always release at the beginning of a month, July is out of the question, and based on last time, if it were going to be early August, it would've been announced by now.

Also, since the serialization return and volume release usually coincide, late July/early August would be too early, and early July would definitely be too early.
