I don't think this arc can be longer than the CA arc. Character introductions are what make things more complicated IMO. Togashi said he wanted to break a record. We still haven't seen most of Tsubeppa's followers who appeared in the Jump Ryu video for example. The pacing is deliberalety slow, but he can switch it up anytime.

Imo the SW will end the Kakin Monarch so there will be no winner. Why can't it? There's far more important characters that CA arc and plotlines.
