I was asking about WSJ making an announcement about its return. TBH I don't care much about these numbers since he isn't confirming anything with them. What matters to me is the date of its return and what is drawn on these pages.

The return is most likely months away (around August/September).

We know he had five assistants in 2016. We don't know if any of them are helping out already, but I imagine he'll let them know.

Kousei said he called Togashi to confirm that his account was real, but I'm not sure if he's still working with him.

I am not sure this is true. They are page numbers, but I thinkt he page numbers indicate chapter numbers.
Elseways, the "4 to go" statement with a 6 makes no sense.

It was never indicated what exactly "to go". It might be page numbers, chapter numbers, a countdown, anything goes, there is no information.
Personally, I think it is a countdown, i doubt Togashi does one page a day.

I don't think the rest is very indicative but it leads people to think he is drawing one page a day. He is tweeting every time around the same hour. Even though it's entertaining we can't be sure of anything other than "at least 6 chapters are done" and yes I find "one page a day" very unlikely.
