Though to be clear, I’m talking about people who keep saying he should’ve ended the series at the World Tree.

I have no problem with people saying he should team up with an artist since I agree. It’s the only way the series finishes at this point.

Oh, that. To me this opinion only works if you see the story as "HxH is about Gon looking for his father". But it's not and there were plenty of things unresolved.

I still prefer reading this than the posts of people still believing he has no assistants.

I was one of people critical of his work ethic but after yugioh author and berserk author passed it's really no joking matter about shit like this.

I appreciate togashi trying to chug along but it's not even worth it anymore, his health is more important than damaging yourself over coloring. if he really doesn't want to pass off the inking to somebody else i really do hope hxh ends after this. Or hell madhouse just animates the rest under his supervision

They did, but on the other hand, he did deliver quality content in those 8 years. So I am not super worried really. It would have been a shame imo to end it at the world tree. Togashi can definitely finish this arc, and the hisoka fight and this arc alone make it worth it.

I don't think anyone can or should tell him what to do there. If he chooses to move forward like that, he has his reasons and that is fine. What he will be able to do will be seen. The point really is that this is his decision as writer. If he one day says " i will stop now", that is fine, too. But i rather have the content he will still do than not having it.

The Question really is tho whether it is the drawing affecting his condition. If Togashi says he cannot keep posture for ten minutes, that sounds to me like he has a condition that sometimes just prevents him from doing stuff, no matter whether he is drawing or doing s th else. In that case, he just has to wait until it gets better.
If drawing actually worsens his condition and he absolutely cannot do it, then i agree that he should probably just write. But if he just needs a lot of time to do the scribbles and some days can do it and sometimes cant, that is fine by me.

Today it would be five days that he didn't update about his health... 11 days without an image of the chapter 401 sketches. Another thing is that he reached the mark of 3 million followers on twitter already two weeks ago.
