Basically it means that after their first release, there will be a V2 with better translations some days later. The V2 for Chapter 350 is out already.

I don't get the fuss with that nose. It's something which will probably be fixed with the volume release. Everyone should know that he changes his style constatnly by now.

Togashi usually does put emphasis on things which need emphasis.
Facial expressions in important dramatic scenes like meruem's death for example.

In fighting scenes he usually cares more about everything to be clear.
Like, what is happening, who is doing what. Without much other detail or distraction.
It can be called lazy, but i have to admit that in other manga, i often do not know whats going on at first in a fighting scene when it is overloaded. never had that problem in hxh.
And the facial expressions in that fight so far are really not the mainconcern for me (even if, yes, chrollo totally stole that nose^^).

Togashi freely admits he is not the greatest artist, it is usually rather the question of what he shows how than how good he draws it.

I would only be really concerned if he drew something like meruems death scene or netero's fight with chibis ^^

Haha when you said chibis I instantly thought of the weird and random times that Togashi drew Hiei as a chibi looking character in YYH. Like when he released the dragon against Bui.... I was like : "Wha....?" lol.
