Just for the summary of last 20 chapters:
1/ The Spiders and Illumi: Illumi joined the team as Shalnark's replacement (judging on the cover 36), their main mission is to hunt Hisoka and their second target is Kakin's treasure
2/ Kakin's treasure: It's unclear but we later found out 14 coffins (no idea what this is, this could be related to Prince's Nen Beasts)
3/ Kurapika: Does sidequest for teaching Nen while just pranking himself as a specialist in order to find the Silent Majority dude, and we've finally known how his Nen test was when he is in Scarlet mode
4/ Who's death: 2 Princes (Sale Sale & Kachou) - Sale Sale death was obvious from the start, Kachou's deah was sad
5/ Tserrienich ability: Pretty much Za Warudo except his condition depends on his Zetsu mode and bonus: he's a Specialist for those of you guys asked
6/ Mafia: There are 3 Mafia families - one is led by Morena (Tserrienich's fam); the other two are led by 2 guys who are the members of Zhang Lei and Luxurus; The crew who led by Zhang Lei collaborated with the Troupe while Illumi reported the Zodiac member that the PT are there (Mizaistorm - aka Cow guy, he is important because he is gonna tell Kurapika about this)
The last chapter is which they started their action on Mafia mayhem with the Troupe to find Hisoka and Morena
7/ Hisoka: He is in the boat, theory that he's in disguised with Textured Surprise but we don't know who, theory suggested that was the guy among Prince Marayam's bodyguards who is with Biscuit, my theory back there was that he could be changing his form to Leorio

Tbh, even if we get 0 chapters, I'm happy to see Togashi is/seems to be doing fine, and that he's working on HxH. Happy to see that his popularity is that great too despite all the hate he's subjected to, that number of followers is insane, in a few hours. And happy to see even if fans disrespect him, other mangaka etc are looking up to him !

Tbh, even if we get 0 chapters, I'm happy to see Togashi is/seems to be doing fine, and that he's working on HxH.

Honestly my biggest dislike regarding the hiatus is that there's never any communication. If he continues to use twitter, I can only hope that he will communicate with the fanbase by giving updates on the progress of chapters and how long he plans to be on a break. Radio silence for years fucking sucks.
