I don't think Togashi cares? If a slot is free and chapters are available they will be published.

Because as I said above, it’s looking like Vol. 39 won’t be scheduled for April, which is when it would need to release for the timing to make sense. Unless, for the first time in 20 years, there’s no volume release to accompany a return when there are chapters ready to be compiled.
