I started making these after finding little to no hxh sprites online. Just used some sprite sheets on google and started making them with gimp, although I hope to make my own HXH pixel art in the near future whenever I have free time.

Oh thanks! But you mentioned dodgeball twice now. I have no idea how to make dodgeball in this game. Got any ideas?

I wish the GI HXH arc was longer to show how Gon, Killua and Bisque collected all the cards even if its boring.

do you mean you don't know the dodge ball game itself how it's played ?
if so ..just make it easy for example
make character gather other players ''real people''..up to 14 person..

that will trigger the event of the dodgeball game...they will go together and face the boss 'razor' in a dodgeball game .

the game is 8 vs 8 in the court ...and basically the goal will be to throw the ball and try to kill all of razors devils ...just make it like pokemon battles that would be fair enough.

Okay, I'll see what I can do if its possible to make dodgeball in my game. Once my game is completed, will you play it?

Yeah it might actually come out this month. I am just awaiting the pixel art and am working on Greed Island too. Then all I will have to do is program everything in.

It seems there might be a change of plans. It appears I am not allowed to make games based of HXH so I think I will make an original game with inspiration from HXH.

That's a shame dude, hopefully nothing went to waste. I'll also support anything you come up with, and I'm pretty sure other people here will do the same.

Hunter x Hunter is copyrighted so it's illegal to make a game based off of it without permission and it be hard to get permission for various reasons.
That said while I wouldn't advise you to make an illegal game it would hardly be the first time it was done and quite frankly as an aspiring comic
book writer I would actually be HONORED if anybody wanted to make a game based off one of my comics. I dunno how Togashi would feel though
but at the same time it's not entirely up to him since HxH is also property of Shueshia (right?) People talk about Togashi getting a lot of leverage
which is true but I'm sure even he has to jump some hoops from time to time.

It depends. For one thing Togashi lives in Japan. I don't.

Also just because one WANTS to make a HxH game doesn't necessarily mean they have the skill or resources or funds to do so.

Finally while getting permission from Togashi depends on Togashi there's also the bigger problem of getting permission
from Sheuisha who will be MUCH harder to convince since as a company they will want to keep an iron grip on the property
