I can't help it - I'm a sucker for complicated, sympathetic screw-ups. Plus, his design and magic are pretty interesting. And I reckon he's got the most chill out of all the captains in Black Clover.

naturally i should also nominate someone

i nominate obito uchiha! despite stanning the wrong rin-chan (fake rin-chan if u will), i can appreciate his efforts to go ahead and enact a villainous plan so vengeful, it involved putting the entire world under hypnosis. one can wonder whether or not it would have been more beneficial for him to have kabuto improve edo tensei experiments to bring back fake rin-chan back from the dead, but details schmetails. mans went all the way to the end for his waifu! he did what he thought he had to redeem his fake rin-chan, and that involved waiting 20 years of scheming. as a fellow rin-chan aficionado, it's only appropriate i honour his name during this contest
