If Tezuka Phantom has more spin than 5th Counter, does that mean Tezuka can pull off Hecatoncheires no Monban without flipping the racquet? Or does 5th counter have more spin?

Tezuka Phantom only has even more spin once the opponent has hit the ball.
5th Counter has more spin since regardless of what happens, the opponent will hit the ball into the net or the cord unless they are using Doubled Return which broke the counter in the anime.
