Okay, got a question. You host other groups Edited Mangas, right? Will you also accept groups' releases that are merely scanned from the published English books too, like that BYAAAH guy (who did Nodame Cantabile)?

We actually don't host any Edited Mangas, we let groups report their releases in the Latest Releases forum and link to where to get the files. Releases from the actual English published materials are not allowed in those areas because they're not actually Edited Mangas. That, and we'd really prefer that people bought the English versions in their local bookstores.

As for the shout inquiry:

We only shout HQ releases and if the releases are the only English scan for that series.
Example:

Multiple Edited Mangas for a series

Edited Mangas Available
Naruto MQ by MangaShare, Naruto HQ by JapFlap, Naruto LQ by Des, Naruto HQ by Shannaro, Naruto LQ by Bax, Naruto MQ by LadyHatake

Will Be Shouted
Naruto HQ by JapFlap and Naruto HQ by Shannaro

As for the only English scan, let say for example, Captain Tsubasa by Shinji. Although it's not HQ, but since it's the only source for Captain Tsubasa's English scan, we will shout it.

You mean RSS? We do have RSS on this board too. See HERE.

Or if you mean email notification, yes we do have it too. Go to edit your profile (just click HERE), look under Messaging & Notification, under the Default Thread Subscription Mode, select what you want. Either instant email, daily email or weekly email.

If you are using Windows Live Messenger/MSN Messenger, you can also get a pop up whenever a new RTS thread is being made. Click HERE.

I think you might have the wrong idea, AMTP - besides Reborn (which we just recently started Editing ourselves), Mangahelpers doesn't actually have any involvement with any of the Edited Mangas that are released here besides being a place for the groups to advertise their work. You'll have to consult with the individual Edited Manga groups themselves to get permission.

So for Shakukan no Shana you will have to consult with [user]manu[/user] who is the head, I believe, of Hanaji-Scans.
