2. Mr. Pigeon likes this place, it’s his favorite because it’s a space full of degenerates, apparently so.
3. Head bobbing like a pigeon and a stumbling, bird-like way of walking.

7. Crack fingers. (implied anal bleeding makes the latter option risky)
8. Hold eye contact, stay present, and let the moment breathe instead of breaking it with words. If I had to take Sir Sam’s POV into account, perhaps drug the lady with an aphrodisiac and kidnap her?

Synopsis:
A chartered flight carrying a loose fellowship of MangaHelpers travelers disappears mid-transit, diverted into a region where geography behaves less like space and more like psyche. The survivors awaken scattered across terrain that responds to bodily vulnerability as though it were language.
At the center of their displacement stands AnimePigeon, afflicted by a persistent anal fissure/hemorrhoid: a wound that refuses resolution. It bleeds in intervals neither catastrophic nor survivable, an intimate injury that renders the body unreliable, humiliating, and painfully present. In this land, such vulnerability does not remain private. The environment mirrors it. Stone surfaces split like tissue. Rivers pulse in irregular rhythms. Pathways constrict and reopen in echoes of strain.
The travelers soon uncover the purpose binding their survival:
"Somewhere within this territory lies the Crimson Pad, an artifact said to absorb and seal bodily rupture itself."
The promise is literal, to end the bleeding. The consequence is metaphysical: pain, in this realm, cannot vanish, it must be displaced.
Their journey becomes a pilgrimage shaped by the ethics of relief. As they advance, the land externalizes their hidden tensions. Flesh manifests anxiety. Architecture reflects shame. Each traveler confronts a version of their embodied fear, deterioration not as punishment, but as revelation.
AnimePigeon’s injury evolves from personal affliction into narrative axis. Companions begin to question whether healing one body condemns another, or whether suffering is an indivisible currency of existence. Alliances fracture. Compassion competes with survival. The wound ceases to be merely medical, it becomes philosophical:
Is relief an act of mercy or redistribution?
By the time they reach the Crimson Pad, the survivors understand its function is not cure, but arbitration. To seal the fissure is to determine where the burden will reside: within one body, among many, or within the land itself.
At the threshold of decision, AnimePigeon confronts the final horror: the wound is not an aberration of flesh, but a declaration that the body is never separate from meaning. Healing here is an ethical choice about what suffering is allowed to remain visible.
The fissure functions as both literal rupture and symbolic threshold, the body refusing abstraction. The land externalizes repression: what is hidden becomes architectural. Healing becomes an ethical dilemma rather than a medical endpoint, forcing confrontation with the reality that suffering is relational, not isolated.
When the Crimson Pad is finally revealed, its surface hums with quiet absorption. One companion steps forward, offering to inherit the wound without hesitation. AnimePigeon recoils, not from pain, but from the unbearable intimacy of another choosing to suffer in his place. In that instant, the group understands:
Love, here, is indistinguishable from sacrifice.
