Ok, guess it´s my turn...
Name´s Victor, I´m currently 26 an I currently live in Portugal. Not much is left to talk about this country, except the lack of good manga/anime material.
I´m french-portuguese (thank God for being born in France, vive la France!!!) and I´m starting translations in portuguese, by request.

I´m a nutritionnist and a shiatsupractor (currently unemployed - sux big time!! - and only finished my shiatsu learning today - yay!!). I really hope to start working ASAP.

I love manga and anime, I´m also a hardcore console player - love RPG´s and fighting - and I have a special place in my heart for Saint Seiya - I just love it!!!!
About not liking, I don´t like work badly done - if you don´t put up an effort and do it right from the start, then don´t do it at all....

Apart from that, I´m starting to learn japanese on my own, and it´s not that bad either...

I´m currently watching romeo x juliet, claymore, shining tears x wind and one piece. And I´m currently reading lotsa things, and buying lotsa over manga (hunterxhunter; eyeshield 21; berserk; saint seiya G; etc etc.....)

And I´m SINGLE!!!! So, girl/woman, if you live in Portugal, in Lisbon or Almada, E-mail me because you might be the girl of my dreams!!! (and I might be the guy you hope for!!!).

I'm also watching romeo x juliet and shining tears x wind... hmm... how come there are anime/manga titles that have an "x" in the title? there's hunterxhunter, gunxsword, and the other two that you mentioned.

I'm Cluelesscat. I want to keep my age private. I like The Daily Show, The Colbert report, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, Shaman King and especially Bobobo. I don't really hate anything. My dream is to get better art skills (My drawings are like crap-on-a-stick) and go to Japan.

Hi Cluelesscat. Don't worry about hiding your age here, age is just a number that changes every year, unless you were born on 29th February which makes you get a year older every four year.

I am Deadfire, thats not my real name , however it suits me on the web just fine. I've been told about MH so many times by the members of #blood-scans so many times but alas I never came here. So I wandered into mangahelpers IRC chat to see NO-ONE talking. So it seemed that the forums are the way to go.

I myself have been reading manga for a long while mostly picking up series that are recommended to me by friends and other comrades.

The Links in my sigs are two the 3 sites that are my projects, but have to do with this sort of site's culture. The First is to mangatraders.com, That is a user uploaded manga site that has a huge amount of manga. The Second is ProxyDistro another site for me started with the idea of helping #blood-scans with releases and after words it looks like now a unoffical mirror to thier and bludshock's releases. The 3rd is my shame-less plug to the internet. It's my blog...however I don't up date it much at all

What else can I say about myself? If you ask I may answer

Hi! I'm Ju-da-su. You should have realize that that is not my real name, so don't ask for the real one. I'm 17, going to be 18 this November. I'm Thai. I like to draw, read manga, watch anime, and play games. I also like to play around with Japanese seiyuu's roles by mixing their roles into another role (example, I always joke that the time when Zoro lets Sogeking hang onto his sword during the battle with Jyabura and Kaku that it is like Moses (Tales of Legendia) letting Tytree (Tales of Rebirth) hang on to his spear. Something like that)

My favorite manga is probably One Piece, Bleach, Naruto, Kingdom Hearts II and the Tales games' mangas (especially Tales of the Abyss and Tales of Destiny 2). Favorite anime at a moment includes Tales of Symphonia and Busou Renkin.

Since my motivation of being to listen and understand the Japanese songs' lyrics without reading them, I began translating manga about 3 years ago. Some of the manga I am working on for translation is One Piece, Kingdom Hearts II and Tales of the Abyss. But because of that, I got more and more worried about accuracy, especially how I always want to translate the manga that no one is translating, like Tales of the Abyss. (when no one else is translating it, it means that the manga is actually extremely unique that I don't have any source to check whether or not I'm doing it correctly) So, I actually decided to join because of my stupid recklessness. (Tales of the Abyss manga got very complicated kanji that sometimes I can't even find it in my dictionary - -") Just to be safe, in another words. Anyway, all is because I want to practice my reading for Japanese, I guess.

So, nice to meet you all. I hope I can get some help with my translation here, and possibly be able to help others as well. ^_^"
