I've seen some people claim they changed nothing in Balbadd except clothing and a class system, but is it really? I'd like to discuss some points already made in this manga that implies Kou is a communist country.
Jainab says that Kou empire took everything away and then gave everything back, food, clothes, house... which is exactly what communists did in China and Russia after they succeeded in revolution, and we all know Kou empire came from China. And it's so obvious that their clothings came from Mao jacket. How tasteless
If this is the case then the upcoming WW will be a lot more interesting, since SSA developed from a very capitalistic origin
