we all can agree that he made a big mistake with his brother...now that is out of the way bear with me.
let me start by saying how far ahead has itachi been planning for this episode...maybe since that night during the kyubi attack.what i'm getting at is...dummdahdummm...did he know he may be resurrected and maybe by sasuke?
once again bear with me...why would he implant shisui's jutsu in naruto for his own benefit/precaution?why would he think it would be sasuke that would be the threat to konoha...why not tobi or madara or any akatsuki member?finally,why prepare for a jutsu like ET being used on you if you know nothing of it?unless he had seen it before oro used it on the third...perhaps during their akatsuki days.to me this is why he is so involved/consumed with getting to or dealing with the ET/kabuto.
itachi has played alot of poker hands with people and with all considering he has came out on top quite a bit...he did indeed make his brother strong...but also crazy,selfish and arrogant
.that in itself does not make itachi a chump...but quite the cunning weasel he is named after.

what do you guys think about his precognitions involving him to protect konoha to this extent....

.i thought aleast one person would have something to say about this.i guess i should keep my thoughts to myself...lol

alot of what i'm feeling on this comes from the lastest chapter...particually the last page.itachi knew who was in control and what has to be done to stop it...but the"geez"commit.he will have to stop sasuke from killing kabuto once he hears that stopping ET...is more important than talking to him.
