NOTE: This thread will contain spoilers from here on out. Also I'm not putting up a poll before the Kisame vs KB fight has evolved/is over so that we know what both Itachi and Kisame can do at their 100%.
Both at 100% of their peak. Meaning itachi under Sasuke vs Itachi (I never saw him stronger than this atleast even though he was sick), and present Kisame.
Both fighters start 50 meters from eachother. They know what they would normally know about eachother from being partners. Meaning Kisame for example knows about Itachi's MS and it's drawbacks.
Area: The place Kisame fought Team Gai. Rocky plane in other words.
NOTE: This will probably be a speculation type of thread until we see what Kisame really can do in a few weeks. This threads purpose until then is to discuss and speculate around these two fighters strengths compared to eachother.
